Chopin - Prelude in C minor Op 28 No 20 for Intermediate Level Piano
This arrangement retains the richness of Chopin's harmonies but without the octave stretches of the original version, which makes this version suitable for players with small hands. Fingering and pedal markings have been included throughout.
Carl Mikuli's edition of Chopin's Preludes provided the source for this arrangement, owing to its accuracy and faithfulness to the composer's intentions. The metronome mark, added by the arranger, is based on a performance by the legendary pianist Artur Rubinstein, renowned for his accurate interpretations of Chopin's piano music.
