This popular Turkish March is the third movement from W A Mozart's Piano Sonata No. 11 in A Major K. 331.
This new version is based on Urtext editions which are true to the composer's original handwritten manuscript and first published editions.
To help less experienced players, the appoggiaturas of the opening motif and the trills have been written out in full. Fingering has been added in several places and some slurs and staccato markings also.
As a general guide, semiquaver (sixteenth note) passages are usually played "legato" and the quavers (eighth notes) are played detached.
The sustain pedal (damper pedal) may be used sparingly in places in the Coda section.
This piece is often played at a tempo much quicker than that suggested by "Alla turca" and "Allegretto". It is a march after all, so a suggested metronome marking would be around 110-120 beats per minute (bpm).
The PDF download contains four pages in total.
